1、三類醫(yī)療器械經營許可證辦理方式如下：
（1）申請人提交申請資料到相關部門；
（2）相關部門受理申請人的申請；
（3）到實際場地進行勘察以及對產品進行審核；
（4）準予頒發(fā)三類醫(yī)療器械許可證。

第一類醫(yī)療器械產品備案和申請第二類、第三類醫(yī)療器械產品注冊，應當提交下列資料：
（一）產品風險分析資料；
（二）產品技術要求；
（三）產品檢驗報告；
（四）臨床評價資料；
（五）產品說明書以及標簽樣稿；
（六）與產品研制、生產有關的質量管理體系文件；1、經營企業(yè)提交的《醫(yī)療
醫(yī)療器械經營許可證。

醫(yī)療企業(yè)經營許可證一共有三類，其中辦理一類醫(yī)療器械許可證可以直接辦理，經營二類產品是需要辦理二類醫(yī)療器械經營備案憑證，經營三類產品則需要辦理三類醫(yī)療器械經營許可證。首先，經營企業(yè)必須明確申請三類醫(yī)療器械經營許可證的條件并滿足相關要求。（一）具有與經營規(guī)模和經營范圍相適應的質量管理機構或者質量管理人員兩個。質量管理人員應當具有國家認可的相關專業(yè)學歷或者職稱，質量管理人應在職在崗，不得在其他單位兼職；（二）具有與經營規(guī)模和經營范圍相適應的相對獨立的經營場所；（三）具有與經營規(guī)模和經營范圍相適應的儲存條件，包括具有符合醫(yī)療器械產品特性要求的儲存設施、設備；（四）應當建立健全產品質量管理制度，包括采購、進貨驗收、倉儲保管、出庫復核、質量跟蹤制度和不良事件的報告制度等；（五）應當具備與其經營的醫(yī)療器械產品相適應的技術培訓和售后服務的能力。（六）具有與經營的醫(yī)療器械相適應的質量管理制度。
