東園文化創(chuàng)意廣場位置北京市朝陽區(qū)崔各莊鄉(xiāng)東辛店330號，隸屬望京來廣營花家地崔各莊，所處地段尊貴優(yōu)越。東園文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園占地總面積21980平方米，綠化面積3500平方米。園區(qū)內(nèi)建筑層高9.25米、10米，均為無柱空間，戶型可隨意定制。園區(qū)采取舊廠房改造的方式，依托北京市全國交通樞紐、全國文化中心等優(yōu)勢條件，擬建設成為兼具傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵與現(xiàn)代相結(jié)合的綜合影視文化基地。

It is under the jurisdiction of Cuigezhuang, a flower family land in Wangjing Laiguangying, and is located in a prestigious and superior location. The Dongyuan Cultural and Creative Industry Park covers a total area of 21980 square meters, with a green area of 3500 square meters. The buildings in the park have a height of 9.25 meters and 10 meters, all of which are columnless spaces, and the unit types can be customized at will.
