郎園station位于朝陽(yáng)區(qū)半截塔路53號(hào)的郎園·station，原北京紡織倉(cāng)庫(kù)，始建于上世紀(jì)60年代，曾隸屬北京紡織局，項(xiàng)目將以文化搭起國(guó)際交往的橋梁，并通過借鑒歐洲成熟國(guó)家城市更新的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以國(guó)際視野，實(shí)現(xiàn)精品文化驅(qū)動(dòng)城市更新。項(xiàng)目占地203畝，具有鐵路專用線，完整保留了30座倉(cāng)庫(kù)以及2.23公里產(chǎn)權(quán)鐵路，庫(kù)內(nèi)建筑寬敞高大，工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)底韻十足。項(xiàng)目北臨壩河、南臨亮馬河，西側(cè)被將府公園包圍，隨著第四使館區(qū)的建設(shè)和壩河、亮馬河的改造，郎園station必將成為五環(huán)內(nèi)城市綠肺中的一顆文化明珠。

Langyuan Station is located at No. 53 Banjieta Road, Chaoyang District. It was originally a Beijing Textile Warehouse and was built in the 1960s. It was once under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Textile Bureau. The project will bridge international exchanges with culture and draw on the experience of mature European countries in urban renewal to achieve high- cultural driven urban renewal from an international perspective. The project covers an area of 203 acres and has a dedicated railway line. It has fully preserved 30 warehouses and 2.23 kilometers of property rights railway. The buildings in the warehouse are spacious and tall, and the industrial heritage is full of charm. The project is adjacent to the Ba River to the north and the Liangma River to the south, and is surrounded by the Jiangfu Park to the west. With the construction of the Fourth Embassy District and the renovation of the Ba River and Liangma River, the Langyuan Station will undoubtedly become a cultural pearl in the green lungs of the city within the Fifth Ring Road.
