萬東國際文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園位于朝陽區(qū)三間房南里7號院，由1955年建廠的北京萬東醫(yī)療裝備公司三間房廠區(qū)改造而成，占地面積7.5萬平方米，建筑面積7.5萬平方米。將打造形式多變、設計靈動的辦公空間，依托周邊高校及傳媒企業(yè)聚集優(yōu)勢，引入文化傳媒、影視創(chuàng)意類企業(yè)，創(chuàng)建綜藝節(jié)目生產(chǎn)基地，形成完整產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。目前園區(qū)改造進度已完成80%，已吸引入駐北京米未傳媒有限公司、北京中傳世紀文化傳播有限公司、志佳(北京)文化傳媒有限公司等傳媒類企業(yè)，出租率達到70%。

The Wandong International Cultural and Creative Industry Park is located at Yard 7, Sanjianfang Nanli, Chaoyang District. It was renovated from the Sanjianfang factory area of Beijing Wandong Medical E Company, which was established in 1955. It covers an area of 75000 square meters and has a building area of 75000 square meters. We will create office spaces with diverse forms and flexible designs, relying on the gathering advantages of surrounding universities and media enterprises, introduce cultural media, film and television creative enterprises, and create a variety show production base to form a complete industrial chain. At present, 80% of the renovation progress of the park has been completed, attracting media enterprises such as Beijing Miwei Media Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongchuan Century Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and Zhijia (Beijing) Culture Media Co., Ltd. to settle in, with a rental rate of 70%.
