所謂Saber，是沙特標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局推出的在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)工具，用于產(chǎn)品注冊、發(fā)行和獲取符合性清關(guān)SC證書（Shipment Certificate）的一整套無紙化辦公體系。

SABER符合性認(rèn)證計(jì)劃，是集設(shè)定法規(guī)、技術(shù)要求和控制措施為一體的綜合體系，其目標(biāo)在于確保本土產(chǎn)品與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的安全。

如需了解您的產(chǎn)品是否在Saber規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，需要提供如下信息進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。

1. 產(chǎn)品圖片；2. 中英文品名；3. HS海關(guān)編碼；

認(rèn)證類別會有5類：

GCC, IECEE, COC, QM, Supplier Conformity Declaration

注：強(qiáng)制性GCC和IECEE的產(chǎn)品也在做完IECEE和GCC后還需要做PC和SC

GCC主要針對家電和玩具類產(chǎn)品

GCC家電類產(chǎn)品流程如下：

遞交申請開案-----由我司進(jìn)行測試出具由CNAS資質(zhì)報(bào)告------我司整理報(bào)告以及發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)需要文件進(jìn)行審核-----審核完成發(fā)證

測試技術(shù)資料如下：

申請表；

產(chǎn)品說明書；

銘牌；

電路原理圖；

關(guān)鍵元器件清單（關(guān)鍵元器件認(rèn)證信息）；

BOM表；

COC認(rèn)證流程

COC認(rèn)證由PC+SC組成，具體認(rèn)證流程如下：

第yi階段：PC證書（產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書）/ Stage 1: PC certificate (product certification)

第1步，進(jìn)口商注冊SABER系統(tǒng)（Saber.sa）賬號或者聯(lián)系我們辦理注冊；importers register SABER system account or contact us for registration free;

第2步，進(jìn)口商向SABER系統(tǒng)輸入申請PC的產(chǎn)品信息；importer inputs product information of PC application to SABER system;

第3步，進(jìn)口商在SABER系統(tǒng)中選擇認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)（因?yàn)槊總€認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)要求都不相同，建議與我們進(jìn)行提前確認(rèn)，以免造成付款了證書辦理不出來的情況）；the importer selects the certification body in the SABER system (since each certification body has different re, it is recommended to confirm with us in advance, so as not to cause the payment done but failure of the certificate);

第4步，在線支付PC證書費(fèi)用；online payment of PC certificate fees;

第5步，發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)收到申請，聯(lián)系出口商提供認(rèn)證文件（重要文件之一：TR檢測報(bào)告，委托我們進(jìn)行測試）；the CB receives the application and contacts the exporter to provide the certification documents (one of the important documents is TR Test report, which can be entrusted to us.);

第6步，發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)提交審核通過的文件至SABER系統(tǒng)；CB submits approved documents to SABER system;

第8步，頒發(fā)PC證書，證書有效期1年。issue PC certificate with validity of 1 year.

第二階段：SC證書（貨運(yùn)證書）Stage 2: SC certificate (shipment certificate)

1，進(jìn)口商向SABER系統(tǒng)提交SC申請；importer submits SC application to SABER system;

2，發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)確認(rèn)PC證書的有效性；the CB confirms the validity of the PC certificate;

3，支付SC認(rèn)證費(fèi)；pay SC certification fee

4，簽發(fā)SC證書，證書只針對該批次進(jìn)口的貨物。 issue of SC certificate only for one shipment.
