接枝聚合物的合成:聚丁二烯與苯乙烯、丙烯腈接枝是ABS生產(chǎn)工藝中的核心單元。粒徑呈雙峰分布的聚丁二烯膠乳連續(xù)送入乳液接枝反應(yīng)器與苯乙烯和丙烯腈單體混合物進(jìn)行接枝共聚反應(yīng)。單體與聚丁二烯之比提高則接枝聚合物和SAN共聚物的分子量及接枝度增加,內(nèi)部接枝率一般隨橡膠粒徑的增加和橡膠交聯(lián)密度的降低而增加。在粒徑和橡膠交聯(lián)密度恒定時(shí)接枝度和接枝密度是決定ABS產(chǎn)品性能的因素。
SAN共聚物的合成:苯乙烯與丙烯晴共聚物合成方法有三種:乳液法、懸浮法和本體法。本體法采用熱引發(fā)、連續(xù)聚合,產(chǎn)品純凈、質(zhì)量較高,污染少,在SAN合成中正取代懸浮法,尤其在大型ABS生產(chǎn)裝置上。懸浮法采用引發(fā)劑,間歇聚合、產(chǎn)品不如本體法純凈,產(chǎn)生的廢水對(duì)環(huán)境有污染,但工藝簡(jiǎn)單,流程短,投資少,聚合熱易撒出,對(duì)中小型裝置而言懸浮法較為經(jīng)濟(jì)。乳液法流程長(zhǎng),技術(shù)落后,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已基本淘汰。
