1.在試驗中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品和樣本檢測時建議做雙孔檢測，每次檢測都應(yīng)做標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線。

2.洗滌過程很關(guān)鍵，洗滌不充分將導(dǎo)致精,確度誤差及OD值錯誤的升高，從冰箱中取出的濃縮洗滌液可能有結(jié)晶屬于正?，F(xiàn)象。37℃水浴結(jié)晶完,全溶解后再配置洗滌液。

3.檢測時所有試劑都要恢復(fù)到室溫，板條開封后剩余板條需封存，放回袋中1個月內(nèi)用完。

4.試劑盒使用超敏TMB溶液，顯色過深時會出現(xiàn)沉淀狀，屬于正?，F(xiàn)象，混勻即可。不影響結(jié)果判讀。

5.說明書以試劑盒內(nèi)紙質(zhì)版為準(zhǔn)。本試劑盒僅用于科研，不能用于臨床診斷！

2.問：是否可以使用不同試劑盒的組分？答：每一個試劑盒包含具有特定批號的組件，以確保所有組件單獨以及試劑盒中所有其他組件都能達(dá)到zui佳性能。對這些特定批次進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制測試。絕不建議用戶使用自己的組件或其他供應(yīng)商試劑盒。Q:Can components from different kits be used?A:Each kit contains components which have specific lot numbers to ensure that all of the components are performing optimally alone, as well as with all of the other components in the kit.
