對(duì)烘焙行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),2023年的主題是產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和增量空間突破。中國(guó)烘焙展覽會(huì)扎根烘焙行業(yè),創(chuàng)設(shè)預(yù)制烘焙主題板塊,亦積極走出烘焙圈層,跨界聯(lián)合茶飲、咖啡,打造“烘焙+”生態(tài)圈,為發(fā)掘內(nèi)需潛力提供堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐。
與此同時(shí),中國(guó)烘焙展覽會(huì)也主動(dòng)聯(lián)合國(guó)際力量。通過(guò)國(guó)際華聯(lián)烘焙總會(huì)匯聚世界華裔烘焙同業(yè)力量,促進(jìn)各國(guó)烘焙業(yè)界華人相知相親,旨在共同應(yīng)對(duì)各種挑戰(zhàn);與美國(guó)駐廣州總領(lǐng)事館農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易處達(dá)成合作,“天然美食薈”集結(jié)優(yōu)質(zhì)原料供應(yīng)鏈及國(guó)際大師為行業(yè)發(fā)展賦能;“馬來(lái)西亞展團(tuán)”則關(guān)注在地文化,聚焦熱帶及亞熱帶地區(qū)本土特色及食材,以開(kāi)放包容心態(tài),成就互利共贏行業(yè)。

近年來(lái)烘焙成為年輕一代消費(fèi)者崇尚的時(shí)尚潮流,以短中保烘焙食品代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)早餐的現(xiàn)象也日趨顯著,烘焙食品行業(yè)的滲透率在逐漸提升。數(shù)據(jù)顯示2019年中國(guó)烘焙食品行業(yè)零售額為2,312億元,較往年同比增長(zhǎng)7.4%,在2020年也始終保持穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。至2024年,該行業(yè)零售額預(yù)計(jì)有望突破3,800億元,并在未來(lái)數(shù)年內(nèi)將維持高速發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

of 7.4% over the previous year, whidh also maintained a stable development in 2020. By 2024, the retail sales of this industy areexpected to exceed 380 bllion yuan and maintain the high growth trend in the next few years.
