Do not allow metal objects to simultaneously contact both positive and negative terminal of batteries. Ventilate area well.

目前UPS電源使用的電池基本上都是免維護(hù)鉛酸蓄電池，在使用的過程中，我們都會盡量避免UPS蓄電池深度放電，因?yàn)檫@樣將會影響電池本身的特性，不過也有不同的情況，需要進(jìn)行深度放電。
　　
　　UPS蓄電池深度放電管理系統(tǒng)，定時自動關(guān)機(jī)方案。當(dāng)市電停電后，如果蓄電池組因放電電流較小而使它的放電時間超過原設(shè)計的"滿載后備供電時間"時，UPS所允許的長放電時間為原來所預(yù)置的蓄電池“后備供電時間”的3倍。當(dāng)放電時間達(dá)到此時刻時，不管ups蓄電池組是否還有足夠的容量可供使用，UPS都將執(zhí)行自動關(guān)機(jī)操作，不讓蓄電池因放電電流過小而進(jìn)入"深度放電"工作區(qū)。例如:如果UPS的蓄電池組后備時間為l5min(帶負(fù)載)，不管用戶的實(shí)際負(fù)載有多輕，只要市電的停電時間超過45min，UPS都將進(jìn)入自動關(guān)機(jī)狀態(tài)(盡管此時的蓄電池還有數(shù)量可觀的可供安全使用的容量存在)。
　　
　　對UPS電源主機(jī)而言，肯定有利于降低逆變器的故障。然而，對于同UPS配套的長延時蓄電池組而言，則會因蓄電池被“深度放電”而造成蓄電池的實(shí)際使用壽命成10倍的縮短。所以在使用UPS電源的過程中，應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量避免蓄電池深度放電。
