portant; width: auto !important; line-height: 2em !important;">在包裝袋內(nèi)充入袋容積二分之一至三分之二的水后排氣密封好，放入高壓滅菌鍋中，放置30min，減壓冷卻至室溫取出，檢查小袋有無(wú)明顯變形、層間剝離、熱封部位的剝離等異?，F(xiàn)象。

portant; width: auto !important; line-height: 2em !important;">在包裝袋內(nèi)分別裝入4%乙酸、1%硫化鈉、5%的氯化鈉水溶液及精物植物油，然后進(jìn)行排氣封口，在帶反帶冷卻裝置的高壓滅菌鍋中在121℃中蒸煮40min,在壓力保持不變的情況下冷卻。
